Customization or requested styles are only available using locally available materials.
For all customized orders, 50% advance payment is required. Balance 50% is payable in cash upon delivery.
All deliveries are handled via courier service. For card payments or bank transfers, 100% payment must be cleared before dispatch. Courier will not allow opening shipments until payment is complete.
Customized, embroidered, or altered items based on your request are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Production timelines may vary based on design complexity and order quantity.
Direct visit service available in UAE (Minimum quantity order required).
Bulk and group orders can include your own branding/logo as per your design.
